CapacitorSource.com Fulfillment Policy for Payments via Stripe®: CapacitorSource.com is a division of Lifetime Lights LLC and processes credit card payment through Stripe®. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for orders paid through Stripe®. By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Fulfillment Policy
This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for items purchased from CapacitorSource.com. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for refunds. Products on our site are billed in U.S. Dollars. All payments are securely processed through Stripe®. CapacitorSource.com does not store any credit card details.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email. To update your payment method, please contact orders@capacitorsource.com. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt for payment.
Shipping
For in stock items, your order will be shipped within 48 hours excluding weekends and US holidays. For back ordered items we will contact you via phone or email within 48 hours with the estimated shipping times.
We do not ship outside of the United States of America.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds: Orders placed for in-stock items are fully refundable prior to shipping. Generally, because of the nature of capacitors and electrical products, orders are non-refundable once shipped. However, in certain circumstances, we offer refunds. If you believe there is an error in billing, or have other concerns, please contact us at orders@capacitorsource.com. Special order items and items placed on back order are fully refundable within 72 hours of the order. After 72 hours, special order items and back ordered items are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: In-stock item orders can be canceled prior to shipping. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. Special order items and back ordered items can be canceled within 72 hours of order. To cancel an order, contact orders@capacitorsource.com.
